  1. In line with rule SI 15.2(d), using the DP guide, a starting discretionary penalty of 5% was decided. 
  2. For ILCA 4 - SLO 214148 and ILCA 6 - AUS 204568 the penalty was decreased as there was a reasonable justfitication for the breach.
  3. For ILCA 4 - HUN 8, ILCA 7 - HUN 111111, ILCA 7 - HUN 1, ILCA 7 - HUN 189477, ILCA 4 - HUN 21310 and ILCA 6 - HUN 21155 there were no circumstances to justify decreasing or increasing the penalty.
  4. A discretionary penalty of 5% (calculated to the nearest point, 0.5 to be rounded upward) is applied to the scores of ILCA 4 - HUN 8, ILCA 7 - HUN 111111, ILCA 7 - HUN 1, ILCA 7 - HUN 189477, ILCA 4 - HUN 21310 and ILCA 6 - HUN 21155 in races 5 and 6.
