2. FIN 1039 request for redress is granted. More than half FIN 1039 race scores in this series must be based on her finishing position in races she starts.
If FIN 1039 starts in one race the following day, they will be awarded average of the points in Race 1 and the race sailed the following day in Race 2.
If FIN 1039 starts in two races the following day, they will be awarded average of the points in Race 1 and races sailed the following day in Races 2 and 3.
If FIN 1039 starts in three races the following day, they will be awarded average of the points in Race 1 and races sailed the following day in Races 2, 3 and 4.
If FIN 1039 sails in four or more races the following day, they will be awarded average of the points in Races 1 and races sailed the following day in Races 2-5.
