POL400s request for redress is granted. POL 400 is to be scored in race 9 points equal to the average, rounded to the nearest tenth of a point (0.05 to be rounded upward), of her points in all races sailed before the last scheduled day of the series, except race 9. This shall not be worse than Boat A's finishing position and shall not change the score of the other boats.
In accordance with the DP Guide, a Discretionary penalty of 10 % of the score for DNF applied to R1, rounded to the nearest tenth of a point (0.05 to be rounded upward). The penalty shall be no worse than a score equal to RET or DSQ. The scores of other boats shall not be changed as a result of this penalty.
