Using the Discretionary Penalty Policy, a starting penalty of 20% was decided.
The penalty was decreased because the coach of the boat tried to inform the RC of the fact that the crew was onboard the coach's rib and her boat was left drifting with no crew onboard.
Anyway, the coach mis-informed the RC during the starting procedure under RRS 30.4.
DEN 218706 is penalized 10% applied to race 10, calculated to the nearest tenth of a point, (0.05 to be rounded upward), but not worse than the score for DNF. The scores of other boats shall not be changed as a result of this penalty.

All Danish boats are warned under RRS 64.5(b)(2) that a penalty may be imposed if any of their support perons commit a further breach of any rule.
