RESULT OF RULE 69 HEARING
On 12 September 2024, the international jury conducted a rule 69 hearing against Adam Bradley.
As a result of this hearing, the jury has determined that Adam Bradley has committed misconduct under rule 69.1(a).
The jury has penalized boat 7294 by changing her score to DSQ for races 4.
The penalty will be reported to US Sailing.

As a result of this hearing, the jury has determined that Chas Beek has committed misconduct under rule 69.1(a).
The jury has penalized boat 7294 by changing her score to DNE for races 1-4, and by excluding her from additional races in the event.
The penalty will be reported to US Sailing.

USA 7462 (39) is disqualified in race 4 for failing to give mark-room

Redress denied.

As provided in RRS 64.2(a), because USA 8580 promptly took the applicable penalty she shall not be further penalized.
