    1. The decision in Hearing No 2 to give redress  to all ORC1 boats based on their times crossing the finishing gate as described in SI14.1 and Attachment d subsection 3 is revoked.
    2. The 3 boats that finished before or after 1500hrs are to be scored according to their positions after their elapsed times are corrected in the ORC1 class. All other boats to be scored DNF.
    03. Protest and Request for Redress 3 ORC - ORC1 - KOR bow No 1 - Hooaah Race Committee
    1. The Protest Committee will reopen Hearing request No 2.
    02. Protest by RC and Request for Redress by RC 3 Race Committee All boats in ORC 1, except those ranked 1 and 2.
    Rules: SI14.1, SI14.2, Attachment D Subsection 3, RRS 62.1(a), 62.2, 35.
    1. Hooaah to be given an outright 1st place in Race 3 even after her elapsed time is corrected.
    2. All other boats to be scored their finishing positions in Race 3 (not better than Hooaah) when passing the gate as in Attachment D Sub section 3 and after their elapsed time is corrected.
