Request for Redress and According to RRS 89.2(B), the NoR may be amended only by issuing a revised version or by publishing an amendment before the entry deadline, unless: the changedoes not advantage any competitor, or any competitors give their consent, or the change is due to Force mature. Modifica the NoR after the entro declina must have a clear justification, such as health or weather restrictions or susbstantial error. All changes musr be clearly and promptly communicated true the official channels. I respectully request redress under Rrs Rule62.1 a due to an error or omission by the organizing authority, specificarlo relating to thr Notice of Race and registrazione process. The entry form for the event clearly liste a separate Under 16 (U16) categoria, and I (along with 14 other competitors) registered under that category in good faith. Despite this, the Under 16 category was not recognized or awarded at the end of the event,with no explanation provided by the organizers. This omission is inconsistent with the conditions of entry and the expectation created by the official documents, and it constitutes an error by the organizing authority that us unfairly impacted the competitors in rhe U16 category. Request: THAT THE ORGANIZING AUTHORITY RECOGNIZE THE UNDER 16 CATEGORY AS PER ENTRY FORM,PUBLISH OFFICIAL RANKINGS FOR IT, AND AWARD PRIZES ACCORDINGLY; OR ANY OTHER FAIR REDRESS THE PROTEST COMMITTEE DEEMS APPROPRIATE .TESsh
