Welcome and Welcome back! After a year without any CORK events, it is great to have all of you coming to Kingston for another Opti event. We have already hosted two events this past month and it was clear that everyone on site was very pleased to be back on the water racing in a familiar venue. As someone remarked to me today, "It just feels right to be here." I am sure Kingston will present those great sailing conditions we have all come to expect and it will be a great regatta.
