Racers Please ensure you are not interfering with boats preparing to start. Keep well clear of the starting area, this includes some room around the pin and committee boat. Please review RRS 24.1 and the definition of "racing" 24.1. If reasonably possible, a boat not racing shall not interfere with a boat that is racing Racing A boat is racing from her preparatory signal until she finishes and clears the finishing line and marks or retires, or until the race committee signals a general recall, postponement or abandonment.

Most boats missed the #2 pennant signifying the shortened course!!!!

Please read the SI's section 8 regarding course options. When the 2 flag is flying it is the shortened course, see section 6 regarding courses
