Boats participating in the race on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, or other races in Series 1 will only have their score displayed for Series 1 races and overall once the boat has a complete entry of:
1. Registered, which has been done as you are receiving this email.
2. Demonstrate compliance with the Queen City Yacht Club Concussion Management Policy and Concussion Codes of Conduct for the Person-in-Charge (PiC) – see https://qcyc.ca/hse/concussion
3. Ensure the Club Office has a copy of a liability insurance certificate for the boat that is current and enforce.
Once all three items are in place and that fact has been communicated to the QCYC Scoring Team, a boat’s score will be shown for all races in the series.
Any boat racing in PHRF that does not have a current PHRF-LO certificate valid for racing, will be assigned a best guess PHRF-LO rating increased by the value listed in the Notice of Race. If and when the boat obtains a current PHRF-LO certificate valid for racing, the rating assigned will be used to recalculate and rescore the races sailed.
