Rules: Rule 26 ; 61.4 (b)(1) ; 61.4 (c); World Sailing Case 49; World Sailing Case 45; SI's 3.1; 90.2.(c)

Redress is granted. The race for all fleets are re-instated. All boats PHRF I NFS and II NFS boats that started with the correct class flag cited in the SI's, sailed the course and finished shall be scored in the order of their PHRF corrected finish time. All boats starting with the incorrect flag in PHRF I and II shall be scored appropriately for not starting. PHRF FS's race shall be re-instated.
