Dear Competitors We have had a number of enquiries about handicaps in particular a number of you have been accessing the entries list on Halsail for the event (the first time this has occurred to our knowledge) and seeing handicap numbers there. Some of these Handicaps may be correct and some may not for the simple reason that the cut off point for Handicap Certs is Friday Evening at 17:30 as per the NOR and it will only be after that point that we will validate and update any handicaps that need updating including allocating the opening ECHO handicaps for the event. The Final Class Allocations and Initial ECHO Handicaps allocated for the event will be published on the Official Notice Board. Your IRC Handicap will be as per your certificate as at the cut off date or if you have nominated a Secondary Certificate the number on that Certificate. A separate message will issue about ORC.
