Body Pumping?
In this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-BeCbDOUCM at 0:21 the wind appears to be below 8 knots, therefore I'm assuming no Oscar flag. Would you call this under RRS 42 as body pumping?

you cannot change the flags during a leg, only at the start of a race or at a mark. See Rule P5.

Greg, you know what assuming gets you, but if under 8 it's, yes

Clearly yes, and with both helm and crew hiking and trapezing hard, the wind is over 8 knots.

Clearly Body pumping. The actions of the crew have a direct correlation to the motion of the leach as described in 42.2(a).
