The Event Management System on RacingRulesofSailing.org now provides for producing a Notice to Competitors which discloses any Declaration of Interest by officials associated with the event. Every member of RacingRulesofSailing.org who has indicated they are an Official can fill out their Declaration Of Interest by clicking on their email address in the upper right corner and selecting Dec. of Interest from the drop down menu.

When setting up a new event, you can select Declarations of Interest in the Setting section of the Event. Officials associated with the event can see the list of declarations by selecting Conflicts of Interests in the left hand menu on the Event Panel. Each Official is listed and their declaration is available to all officials for the event. And A Notice to Competitors can be generated and printed from that same page.
