US Appeals removed that expired

The US Appeals that were deleted/expired have been updated, so if you are set to USA and the 2021-2024 quad, what you see should correspond to current US Appeals. If you are looking for an appeal that has been retired, you should be able to see them by selecting a past quad when they were active.

If so, is it readily available on line?
Presumably, it contains a summary of changes, preferably with a list of which Appeals have been 'retired' and why.
If you have such a list, could you publish it here?
