Having created a new event, I can see the auto-generated Event Documents, however there is no link to upload documents. Have I missed a step to enable the ONB?
Many thanks

There is a description of how to add documents in the help section. If you're going to post documents publicly, you'll need to indicate in the Settings section (when you edit the event) that you will use the Notice Board.
You add documents by clicking on the Common Documents or Event Documents (with a plus icon in front of them) on the Event Panel page.
Common Documents are documents that are in the Document Library, but can be shared on the Event by association. Event documents are unique documents you are adding to the Event repository.
In your case Paul, you could not see the links in the application because the security was looking for a judge certification. I've fixed that so any official can add documents.

Hi, I have the same problem: as an Organization I can't add documents or make changes of any kins after the Event creation. But with a "Race official" account the problem does not exist. I indicated in the Settings section that I will use the Official Notice Board. How can I resolve this problem? Many Thanks

We recently added the ability for an organization to manage an event and have been catching up with the individual authorizations. I've added event and common documents to the authorization for organizations so you should now be able to add documents.
