Hi everybody.
I might be approaching the world of para sailing, as judge adivisor. No direct implication as RC or PC. 
Before taking engagement i want to be sure of few thing, if anybody can help:
- are the RRS same ofr everybody, or there are some "annex" or excempion/modification of any rule?
- is there any literature issued by Wold Sailing about para sailing / RRS? 
- I found in the web a "Para World Sailing Race Management Manual 2017-2020 Effective – 1st May 2017" Guess it worth going through it, but, 2021 - 2024 exists?
- eligibility: i made a quick scan on the "Para Clasification Rules Jan 2018"; guess is not a matter of judges/RRS, though I saw there might be "protests" about clasification.

Anyway, in short: what would be the things I suppose to know about para sailing, as Rule Advisor?
