Detailed RRS 17 Presentation
Attached is a PowerPoint presentation on RRS 17.
IMO we rarely discuss all the details of RRS 17 with competitors: we usually just say 'RRS 17 does not apply because ...'.
This presentation attempts to cover RRS 17 comprehensively and in detail. It is probably not suitable for regular club sailors.
The presentation is pretty 'GIF heavy'.
