On most days, our small club runs races without a RC vessel.
I am wondering if anyone knows of an app that will record OCS and returns to start?
Be able to set a virtual mark and also record finish times?
Must be available in android and iPhone.

Or are you envisaging an app that each boat has that tracks their position, and has a shared virtual start line, virtual marks etc and records whether over, whether goes back for an OCS,  whether sails the course, and times finish, based on the GPS in the app?  Which is what I think you're asking for.  If so, don't know of one,  but it's not too hard to get built.  Vakaros has some form of automation and notification for starts.

Yacht-Bot was another good app to use with smart phone. But it also no longer available.
