Old rule 64.1 (a) (Standard of Proof) seems to have disappeared. It is not included in the new rule 60.5.     WS 122 I think clarifies this, but why has it disappeared from RRS, or can I just not find it ??

I see it now Angelo.  It is within the text , but without the heading “Standard of proof” in bold in the line above as in prev rules.
