Changing the Order of the Notice Board Documents List

Hi,
I would like to change the order of the documents in the 'Notice Board'. This could happen if I upload a very important document later and want it at the top.
I was sure I could do this by simply dragging the hypelink texts into the position order I wanted.
However, now, it seems I can't do this. Am I dreaming or just being dumb!?

I just dragged my documents around into the order that I want on the dashboard of my PC . I signed out and checked as a visitor to see if the order is what I set it to be. It works. No you were not dreaming.
