Being the Olympic games postponed one year, anybody of you have some hint about when the new RRS 2021 2024 will, or might be, be in force?

According to the World Sailing website,  "The RRS for 2021-24, which take effect on 1 January 2021, will be posted here soon after 30 June 2020. "
