But in Appendix "B" which is the diference between "injury and physical damage" ???
62 REDRESS Rule 62.1(b) is changed to: (b) injury, physical damage or capsize

I think "injury" refers to damage to the crew, and "physical damage" refers to damage to the boat & equipment.... but I may be wrong.

I think the question relates to English grammar - under 62, injury and damage are available grounds for redress, but the addition of 'or' in the wording in App B of injury and damage or capsize changes the meaning for redress that requires both injury and damage before redress is available.
