The list of online rules documents published by World Sailing in RRS 2021-2024 includes "Hearing Request and Hearing Decision Forms". These are supposed to be available at https://www.sailing.org/racingrules/documents. It looks to me like this page relates to the old (2017-2020) RRS and I cannot see anything about new Hearing Request or Hearing Decision forms. Does anyone know if these new forms are available yet and, if so, where?
On a related note, I saw a post (I think in this forum) with a link to a Google Docs version of protest and request for redress forms, called Protest Form Q&A. I haven't been able to find the original post that referenced it. Can anyone point me to the source please?

Confirmed: all forms are still 2017 issue as of Jan 5, 2021.
