Questions to the race committee

The current system has Questions to the Jury. Would you consider an option for adding questions to the Race Committee and maybe the Technical Committee?

It has become more generic over time and has moved toward this idea, though some of the translations still indicate it is for the jury. I think we can improve the usefulness of the feature by requesting in the form to whom the question should be directed. I'll put that on the list and see if we can't get that done quickly.
