International Sailing Academy, an advanced Laser coaching school (by "advanced" I mean Olympic-level). They have videos on their private Discord channel. However, a subscription is needed; it costs $19/month. I'd encourage anyone who umpires Laser regattas to subscribe, since sailors are regularly uploading GoPro videos of themselves sailing downwind in waves. While the coaches provide their guidance on what they deem to be in-bounds for Rule 42, it'd be great to get umpire perspectives as well.
Re: ISA....in some cases, the actions they coach exceed what I see is acceptable within RRS 42. However, whenever I do a RRS42 workshop with our club team, the first thing I say is that if you haven't been yellow flagged, you're not working the boat hard enough. A coaches job and perspective should be different from mine.
I had a whole 42 presentation that got lost when a computer crashed but may have some of the videos I could put in a Dropbox when I get home next week Doc
There are a couple websites that I have used for refreshing myself on rule 42 actions. One is from Scuttlebutt site showing Finn, a bit basic, but useful: https://www.sailingscuttlebutt.com/2017/10/13/video-common-breaches-rule-42/ The Finn class has good videos on their website, these are from real races with judges making the calls: https://www.finnclass.org/racing/learn/rule-42-videos Hope this helps. tom.
The second slide will show a traffic light in the top right corner to give the answer; if the answer is not green, there will be a reference to the rule/interpretation.
The answers are obviously non-authoritative and could contain errors.

(I don't work for them; just a happy customer.)
