I've been working on some new checklists and reports to comply with the latest guidance as I know it. These forms are created by me and you can feel free to use them. If you think I ran off the rails, please tell me. I envision both are good for printing and filling out by hand or can be cleanly used digitally during a hearing or arbitration meeting.
From the Arbitration Report checklist, I would delete 3.1. Go ahead and ask if they are familiar or comfortable with the process as a courtesy, but recite the full description of 3.2 anyway. Saves face (for shy or conceited competitors), saves misunderstanding, and saves repercussions.
